At DMR Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware and components. If your order isn't the perfect fit for your build, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, spacers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team verifies the condition of your components, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
